Larry and his staff went above and beyond to help with a blown tire. I am a single woman and they made me feel totally safe and their prices were great.

My experience with both American tire depot has not been pleasant. I made an appointment at a specific time. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment made and that I had made it with the other American tire depot. When I arrive to the other one no information was shown on their side. So I called the American tire depot I went to first. The manager changed the story and said I had an appointment but I never showered up. So he booked me for the following week. I show up at 8:30am. My appointment was at 9am. So I said I will be near by call me when you guys are done. Manager says we will call you no problem. 3 hours later I show up and my car is still parked like I left it. Then the manager says that they are waiting for a file to download to do the alignment because they have to get it from the dealer. This whole time I feel like Ive been lied to and I am just waiting due to management issues. They seem super busy all the time and I continue to get excuses after excuses. I dont feel like they are helping much.
