Best tax preparer around. Integrity, privacy and so knowledgeable. Pat is wonderful. She truly knows her job.
She'll even do taxes long distance.

My family has been using this tax services for many years, a couple generations now. Maybe, it's my own personal opinion but Patricia's customer service with a smile attitude has diminished. The second you're seated in her office is the second she wants you out. She's not very kind, a little snarky with her comments making your whole visit uncomfortable. I am highly disappointed because I have entrusted my Taxes with her for my entire life and I don't want my visit or experience to be unenjoyable. My coworkers were looking for a tax person and I didnt want to "rave" or reccomend mine, if my own visit isn't comfortable. I have hopes maybe I caught her on a "bad day" perhaps, yet every year lately it's the same. My sister even mentioned to me the same experiences, and thoughts as well. We have begun wondering about maybe finding some one new, however I feel bad for changing my loyalties. I heard her son is doing taxes I don't knowhow he is, hopefully I can perhaps try him out without offending her before I go elsewhere first. I really am disappointed in her though.
