To ensure that we can deliver you the best possible service, we kindly ask all our clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.We know that taxes can be stressful and we understand that you had other commitments, priorities, or unplanned circumstances that caused you to miss your appointment start time and arrive 20 minutes late. Unfortunately, due to the limited time allocated for each client and the level of attention to detail we provide to servicing we simply could not compromise our high quality results by rushing. We were unable to accommodate the preparation of your taxes within the remaining time of your scheduled slot.Our firm schedule is also a sign of respect for those who arrived on time. The appointment prior to yours was completed on time out of respect for your time. Please know that we did our best to remind you of your appointment time through phone calls and typically, other means of communication. We also offered to complete your taxes within a couple of days, but we understand that you needed them done on the same day, which was not possible given the high number of clients who choose to work with us during this time of year. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and wish you the best in finding a less busy accounting service that has more flexible appointments available during this busy time of the year.
