These people called me 2 year later to tell me I had a $120 outstanding balance for two missed appointments and i had to pay or it was going to collections. No email, letter, call or text about a balance due at all!!! I didn't even know they had a missed appointment fee. I also was seen after the fact when I had a balance yet was not informed of the balance.

Worst place Poor service. I am rating this place with a single star as there is no room for zero rating. This place just care about money. Office manager is rude. They keep making discrepancies and charge you years later after you finish the service. Their service is a joke. If you are a parent who can help your child you can do better than their therapist. In fact you never get an actual therapist. You will only get therapist assistant who are not masters prepared. Therapist will only be available for evaluation. When I disagree with the evaluation findings of the therapist she changed her report too. That means they dont know what they are doing. They only provide a 15 minute therapy when they charge you for 40 minutes. I did not see any progress in my child and therefore stopped the therapy which was the best decision I ever made for my child. We trained him by our own and he is doing awesome.

I am writing this review to share my experience as a customer and express my reservations concerning the billing practices of Small Talk Therapies. My intention is to provide constructive feedback and draw attention to certain areas that, in my opinion, warrant immediate improvement. Regrettably, the positive impact of the services rendered to our daughter by your company has been marred by a series of billing discrepancies. It has come to our attention that we were under-billed and, in some instances, not billed for a duration spanning almost a year. This oversight only became apparent following the engagement of a new billing company. Subsequently, several months later, we were contacted to settle outstanding fees that had accumulated over the aforementioned period. Notably, these fees were conveniently not covered by our insurance. While I understand the necessity of rectifying under-billing, the inclusion of fees, particularly those not covered by insurance, after such a considerable lapse of time is a matter of concern. During my initial contact with a receptionist in November, I was assured that the owner would be in touch to address the matter personally. Regrettably, despite this assurance, no communication was received from the owner. Instead, two months later, a new billing statement was issued. I encountered difficulties disputing "no show" fees, as too much time had elapsed since the alleged occurrences. To make matters worst the representative I spoke with asserted that there was documentation indicating our relocation. I would like to emphasize that this incident marked my first encounter with "no show" fees, as I have always sought to maintain a respectful and cooperative relationship with service providers. It is my understanding that billing for services rendered is a crucial aspect of any business, and I recognize the need for accurate and timely invoicing. However, the circumstances surrounding the timing of the fees and the lack of responsiveness from the owner have left me questioning the transparency and fairness of this billing practices. In the interest of transparency, I have notified my insurance company of these concerns, as it is essential for them to be aware of any irregularities in billing practices. I hope that Small Talk takes this feedback seriously and considers reassessing its billing procedures to ensure clarity, fairness, and adherence to industry standards. Trust and confidence in a service provider are integral components of a positive customer experience, one more time; Trust and confidence in a service provider are integral components of a positive customer experience, and I hope that your company will take the necessary steps to address these concerns. Ultimately, my purpose in sharing this review is to encourage prospective customers to carefully evaluate their choices and consider businesses that prioritize professionalism, integrity, and effective communication.

I rated 1 before because the waiting to get their was crucial and there was always a miscommunication with the previous clerks. My son has had a great experience with his feeding therapist. She's very patient and passionate about what she does. Is our experience with our therapist:)

I really like how they let me use my AAC device instead of forcing me to talk when I'm uncomfortable like other therapists do.
