OPSEC Security is a joke and have some of the most inexperienced drivers on the road! In fact one of their driver's nearly hit me while I was on my way taking my son to school and he was the most rudest about it! This guy literally darts out in front of me from the Arco on avenue K and Division to get into the left turning lane onto Sierra Highway, literally could have been a terrible accident had I not been the driver I am. Then he proceeds to almost taunt me into reporting him, which I did btw. You all should do way better and teach your employees that cars are not toys

Whoever is thinking of working here. DON'T. It's not only an extremely unprofessional place to begin or continue your security career, but the offices of Opsec are thoroughly dirty & smell like stale cigarettes. I was not acknowledged or greeted at all when I walked in looking for work. So I walked right out the door ...gagging on the way out.
Also, the parking lot & building is unsecured & unprotected. There was even a burned smashed Opsec vehicle in the parking lot.
Saw some pretty unsavoury people waiting in cars for whatever reason in the parking lot.
Plenty of other opportunities await you at other places.
Stay away from here.

If you are in desperate need of a job, this is the place until you can find another job.
You will be taking a pay cut. How?
They deduct $25 from each paycheck for uniforms.
Lavoie is dishonest and has no integrity. When you see him. Stay away. Stay quite.
Dishonest, they dont support their guards and how to get paid or even get your paid stubs is an issue.
Looking to make a career, go elsewhere.

I HAVE NEVER met a more unethical company than opsec.After working for them ,then QUITTING, I understand why their turnover rate is so high.
They have extreme difficulty backing up guards,treating and showing guards respect ,lack of Organization as well has has a strength in highlighting their ability be to dishonest and manipulative.Often said they'd do something (like bring me pepper spray they'd prefer I use,then proceeded to leave me without ,at a high risk danegrous post.)
There's a lot to be desired with Opsec.And Lavoie was the primary reason as to why 3 guards quit in 1 week from the same post.
I'm beginning to think he earned his stripes by grabbing them from a drawer and ironing them on himself.Marriotti is quite the professional at dodging questions and communication.
If you are looking for a security company that has your back and is conducive to working towards a security career,I highly recommend you search elsewhere.I have 15 years in security, ive worked with retired cops and dealt with homeless and mentally ill people that weren't anywhere near as egregious as Opsec. NO REGRETS QUITTING.
