My name is Aaric Alex Ive worked here for years sometimes along side with John Mancino in Lancaster Ca, or wherever needed, these people on here with reviews Ive never even seen or heard about from John I know he tries to help people but he winds up on the short end trying to help sometimes I myself wind up on the short end trying to trust peoples word but everyone especially nowadays just arent trust worthy im going on my 13th year here Im happy and always paid on time .

The former guard responsible for a post saying we don't pay our guards was dishonest in that he agreed to a shift but did not show up and sent an unlicensed guard with no California Guard Card. The supervising shift guard reported this and would not allow the unlicensed guard to be on post. And the guard who charged our employees sleep on duty was terminated for not showing up for a scheduled shift and without giving notice. That is precisely why these guards, who had begged for work, do not work for us anymore.

Two guards quit when I got hired Tri was called to San Diego so he couldn't work in Westminster so I worked a double shift and still not yet paid and no response or attempt to remedy and pay me a year ago .John mancino owner security defenders made no attempt to pay, rectify non-payment of double shifts completed requested by him for me to work at Los alisos and Los Robles mobile home park in Westminster, California. His supervisorTri requested I hired security guards so I wouldn't have to work a double shifts 7 days a week. I hired them and workday shift. I am following orders of supervisor Tri busy in San Diego working rover the guards did not show up to work. I've communicated regularly, constantly to John mancino, personal phone calls text requests to get paid but he just ignores. No professionalism, No integrity, Just hides away. No one to hire him his guard service until he takes responsibility accountability to pay me. John mancino request I turn polo shirt and he will pay me but there was no check. I worked two weeks, 7 days a week, double shift from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. finally I was asked to hire guards for weekend only . I did and no one got paid, no explanation, No follow-up, no response. 530 West milling Street Lancaster, California unresolve financial responsibilities. when he went to Sacramento funeral asked me to work double shift yet unpaid.
John mancino irresponsible. Not accountable, non-responsive to text after hiring me to work double shift at Los alisos and Los Robles mobile home parks Double shifts for 2 weeks still unpaid. Three other employees I train did not get paid. No recourse but to leave bad reviews and to go to the labor board for wage claim. unconscionable not to reach out to the employees after they work for him.
John sought to meet me without hiring me first to train me without pay. I got paid swing shift then swing quit and night shift supervisor went to San Diego. I took over Double shifts swing and night shift 7 days. Tri instructed me to hire two to three part-time to handle Open 7-day swing and night shifts.

I'm going to start by saying I was towed by this company rightfully so I was parked where I should not have been parked. My problem is there were multiple other vehicles previously warned multiple times parked all through out thee av apartments that where not towed the guard only did his job maybe the day my car was towed and only my car and not thee other 4 next to me that also wouldn't have been parked there. So I called the supervisors to make a formal complaint witch I was originally hung up on. I gave it a couple days and called again. To witch im sure i spoke with the owner who told me he would look in to it. I let him know I would be documenting all the other vehicles from this point on whom his security guard ignores the rules for and will be submitting them to the apartment manager. Witch I am with in my rights to do. And the company's response was to write a letter and put it on my vehicle saying at this point I'm harassing the "business" and though I told them I was complaining on their security guard for not doing his job they don't know my intentions. Now if I am correct because it's a business I have a right to complain on a guard that is suposed to be there guarding the apartments aka im a customer but I the complaining customer got a letter pretty much saying im harassing them and they are documenting it for their guards safety. Thee .most unprofessional security company I have ever met and I used to be a security guard btw
