I call Wasson roofing the Monday after we got the tropical rain storm in August and had developed a leak. I was told that I would have to be put on a waiting list and I would be called to set up an appointment in about 2 weeks. As of October 25 th , no call. Because it was taking so long and we are getting close to the rainy season, I called another roofer , who came out and within a week and a half, he repaired my roof. I guess the little jobs are not an priority . I wont be calling when my roof needs to be replaced. UPDATE: They finally called me in November a week before a rain storm is coming and left a message stating they couldnt help me. Terrible customer service.

Had them come out and fix a leak and it didn't work. Had them put 2x's, Still didn't fix it correctly. Service: Roof repair

I called during a very busy time for them, so it took a little while to hear from them. But they were nice and proffessional. My issue was small and not as urgent, but they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Very satisfied.
