Took a couple cycle classes while visiting the area for work. The classes were as expected; no surprises. Teacher was good at giving instructions and motivating you. I enjoyed the songs on the playlists. Bikes and studio were cool and clean. I recommend this location for a solid workout!

I took Stacees class and it was awesome. They have lockers for your belongings and complimentary towels on the bike ready for you. The vibe is very fun, cool lights and good music to get into the zone. I cant wait to go again!

I've been looking for a place like this. Something to motivate me and fun at the same time. The instructors are absolutely amazing and help you every step of the way. I recommend this very highly if you want something to motivate you to get in shape and healthy. At the time of writing this, and you are new, they have 1 Cycle and 1 Row class for $20! You can't beat that if you just want to see if this is for you.

Have been coming here for almost 2 months now, absolutely love this place. I usually go in the mornings and feel great after. Everyone is very nice and welcoming it. Glad I took a chance. :)

Was in town for a few days and needed to get a couple of workouts in. Decided to try a spin studio and glad I did! Thank you Renee and Kim for the sweat! Great music as well. Will be back again if I'm in town for an extended time!
