I have been going to this office for 2 months and the staff is horrible they don't answer your phone calls or texts what kinda doctors office is this I got a epidural injection last month and it only lasted for 4 days and it made my back worse and now every night I'm woken up by horrible cramps in my legs and toes this has never happened to me before it hurts so bad to where I just want to scream

Dr Danny is the best ! The girls in the office are super sweet as well. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis. Best Pain Managment office in Lancaster!

Dr. Thia (and his staff) is the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. He pushed me to have spinal injections when I didn't need them because he was trying to get more money from my insurance company even though they didn't pay that much anyway. (Medicare) He had this terrible and nasty girl on his staff that harassed me monthly to make an appt for those injections even though I kept telling the guy I was seeing (Danny Jones) that I didn't need them. He told me I didn't have to have them, but the harassment continued. I finally blew up at her and I'm glad I did cuz she was a massive b***h and didn't deserve and respect and it led me to finally leave and find a better office that sees patients in person, air conditions the waiting room AND respects their patients! Hah

Love you guys you're the best! Just having a little trouble getting ahold of the office or anyone during all of this does anyone know how else to get through to them?
