Dr. Nitin A. Shah, MD

While he may be good at performing orthopedic surgery his bedside manner is lacking. He is rude and difficult to relate to in a clinic setting. He sent me three blocks in a wheelchair to get an x-ray because his X-ray table does not lower and raise. If you have an orthopedic condition that you cannot stand on a step stool, you can't get an x-ray at his office. His office staff is not pleasant. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

This office is very unprofessional and doesn't have up to date technology they couldn't even take a copy of my insurance. The front desk lady's are very rude and unprofessional and have no class. This was one of the worst doctors appointments I have ever had wouldn't recommend. Also Mel the front desk assistant was especially unhelpful and made my experience there 10x worse she was very unresponsive and unprofessional.

DO NOT COME HERE. This is the WORST doctor office I have ever been to, and the WORST doctor, I have ever experienced. 1) I had made an appointment for 10:00, arrived on time, and wasn't actually "assessed" until after 11:15. They didn't take vitals, didn't conduct a thorough nor proper assessment, and actually, FAILED TO DO AN ASSESSMENT of any kind, probably because they don't even know how to. 2) he walked past me multiple times, examining a bunch of patients and just left me sitting there on an uncomfortable chair. He then asked me to get on the exam table, and I advised him that I couldn't tolerate it because of the extent of my injuries and pain. He then REFUSED to treat me and walked out and began treating other patients. 3) LAURA HAS A SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. If you don't like dealing with patients, the patients whose visits pay your minimum wage, then GO GET ANOTHER JOB and stop acting like every patient is an inconvenience for you. This office is absolutely subpar and the care you'll receive here, is that of a free clinic. This doctor and his staff are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and lacks capacity for efficiency and compassion. NEVER AGAIN. This place is absolutely disgusting.
