The lady was very nice. I got my eyebrows done and had my upper lip waxed. It was a fun experience will definitely come back! Im super happy with the results!

Absolutely would not recommend this place. For starters, they overcharged my sister for a fill, blamed the length, cut her several times, then the manager and nail tech start going back and forth in a different language, almost arguing. Then while charging my sister, the nail tech decides to graciously help herself to a $10 tip out of my sisters money! So I go to get my eyebrows done, I was talking to her and she was SUPER rude. Rolled her eyes at me while shes doing my eyebrows, and this woman made my eyebrows BRUISE. How that is possible is beyond me, but days later and my eyebrow is still black and blue. Would not recommend for ANY services. Very rude, arrogant, and dont care about anyone, just the $$.

I have been a customer for a year now! Im more than happy to drive my 30 mins to them and head to Ross right next door. Amazing staff and very clean! I had Joy do my pedicure and I was pleased!
