Lancaster Estates has been an amazing community to call home for the past year. From the beautiful surroundings to the friendly neighbors, living here has been a delight. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Ive been here since may 2017. Management was terrible but now we have new staff and they are awesome! My only complaint is they do t enforce the dog restrictions and types of dog allowed. Also they dont enforce how yards are to be kept. Im 69 and live with chronic pain and Im cleaning up all the leaves, branches and mess that grows over a shared fence in car port and I cant afford help so do it myself. They have cleaned it once on my side! Ive got thorns and rose branches sticking out that has grown about 4-5 feet straight out! They are nice people and I dont want to get on their bad side. The other side its all weeds and dry grass and they use a weed eater that just blows it into my rock yard! So weeds grow in my rocks. Ive talked to them but doesn't matter. Too many homes have crap piles up outside their place and nothings done. I feel the park needs to do regular checks on each place and give warnings. It sounds worse than it is, its simple fixes I just wish they would do. Its not fair to those of us that follow the rules. Bit I love it here and its super quiet.
