Daren's professionalism, care and composure made the selling of a house that had been our home for 41 years free from stress. Daren listed our home above what we had anticipated and, with his guidance, we accepted an offer for the full amount within a few days of listing. His knowledge proved solid when the home appraised at the full amount. Even when things got a little complicated, Daren kept a level head and navigated through to a successful close within our comfort level.
Our appreciation for the level of comfort his expertise brought to the table was heightened as we compare our experience with Daren to that of the purchase of our new home in San Diego which was handled by a less skilled agent. Daren is extremely professional. It was a great experience dealing with him. Going over everything with him was easy and direct, which we like. Dont like the round about. Direct and honest.
