Hello Theodore, for the safety of all of our customers we cannot under any circumstances take back mattresses after they have left our showroom floor. Prior to every purchase, every customer is required to sign two separate documents stating that they acknowledge and understand this policy. We have a large sign stating this and we verbally inform every customer before they leave our store. As frustrating as it can be to make a purchase by mistake like you did, we simply are unwilling to compromise the sanitation of our products and potentially put our customers in harms way. Please believe us when we say that, if we could turn this into a good review by allowing you to return your new queen size pillowtop mattress that you only paid $300 for, we would be eager to do that. If you lost the two documents you signed that stated this policy and would like us to send you a copy, just let us know and we will be happy to help you with that. Also if you would like to see pictures of the large signage that is posted inside the store I can send you photos of that as well.
