Reached out to Arctic Air for an appointment on Monday and received prompt acknowledgment, Arctic Air was even able to send out a technician 2 days early.
Their technician Leo was completely professional and genial. He was able to complete maintenance on our existing AC unit and identified some potential issues which we were able to resolve. Overall Leo was very thorough and understanding and was more than happy to explain the work he was completing, the potential issues he found and what to look out for moving forward.
Definitely appreciate the prompt response and friendly and professional demeanor; didn't feel pushed to do anything unnecessary and Leo made sure we understood everything about our existing setup.
Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
