Beltone Hearing Aid Center

Craig and his staff took such good care of my mother for many years. She could just walk in and Craig would take her. They treated her like they would their own parent and my mom loved Craig and his staff. My mom has been deceased for 10 years, and I made an appointment to get my hearing checked and Craig remembered my mother even remembered where she lived. You just dont get this kind of service and care and compassion with big corporate businesses. I would highly recommend this office you will not be disappointed!

I have behind-the-ear hearing aids and those plastic tubes were wearing out. On my right ear, the aid kept falling out of the tube. Who wants to lose one of those? The aids were provided by the Veterans Administration but the audiology clinic was closed due to coronavirus. I called around and luckily found this Beltone store open on its one-day-a-week schedule.The fellow who answered the phone said he could replace the tubes that day and to just drop by. Unexpectedly, he said the service was free because I was a veteran. I drove down the BLVD until I found it, masked up and went inside. The lady at the desk took them into the back room, and shortly I popped them back into my ears.I offered to pay but she said no. I offered to order a pizza for her and the audiologist but that offer was also declined. So, on Yelp, a big THANK YOU for helping me out!
