        I've called them on several occasions with no call back. They never paid the home insurance company so the insurance company canceled my policy. Its crazy to phantom how I paid the escrow company and they were responsible to issue payment to all corresponding parties yet they never paid the home insurance, the only reason I found out they weren't paid out is because I received a noticed in the mail.

        Regency Escrow is the most unorganized escrow company I have ever dealt with. The staff is incompetent and very rude. I paid cash for my home and they still couldnt close escrow on time. I am still dealing with the incompetence a year later due to closing funds not being disbursed. They dont even deserve the one star I was forced to give them.
