        The Walmart here has lost their way with customer service. Walk up to a glass wall to push a red button that does nothing but blink at you. Next go find an employee to help you retrieve your item. Surprise they can't because only 1, I repeat 1 employee has a key to the glass doors. This has taken 45 minutes to 1 hour, at least. Now go find your next item and yes it's behind a glass wall. I try to avoid Walmart now and try to pick up my items anywhere else.

        Anytime I attempt to get specialty items that are behind plastic, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get an associate to come and assist. By the time someone arrives there are always a half dozen or more people waiting. We sometimes wait close to an hour without any help! And this is just about every time!
