        I can not believe how unprofessional this establishment is. I really wanted to like this place. My appointment was at 4:30. I showed up 4:17. I understand dental offices get backed up. But the final straw was when someone with an appointment at 5:00pm comes in after me gets seen BEFORE ME. The other client that was waiting half the time that I was made his dissatisfaction very clear with the staff. The staff could hear this man be verbally upset, but apparently it worked for him because he got seen before me. When I clarified with the girl at the front desk if they were really going to see this client before me. The only words that she could find were yeah sorry. I know this is not her fault. I heard it all, I heard what the front desk staff said to the Dr. and I am shocked they would see a client with an appointment 30 minutes AFTER MINE BEFORE ME. If appointment times are scheduled they should be honored. I called off of work for this to wait almost 2 hours to just have the Dr. pick who gets seen first regardless of time- such a waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful. Not sure what it means to this place, but I will not be back. I will now have to find a dental office that respects ALL of their clients time and not just some.
