Ms. Nisha’s Family Daycare

I met Denisha when starting point gave me a provider list for my newest daughter that had two soft spots so I wanted a homecare provider that I could trust. From the moment we spoke on the phone she was very engaged and willing to meet right away so I made an appointment for me and Aubree who was 5 weeks at the time. Ms. Nisha gave me a tour of her daycare and I was very impressed at what I have seen because I hadnt used a homecare provider since my teenager was a baby. Ms. Nisha was really concerned about my worries and needs for my baby and eased my mind after the first meeting and introduction. I would recommend any child to be cared for by Nisha. She is loving and caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and your child is happy and well cared for. I really miss her because my daughters and grandchild she cared for were attached and loved her. To anybody looking for care, she is the greatest provider I have had and you will be pleased and satisfied with your decision! Tamika L.

Sent my girls to Ms. Nishas for a few weeks. Wasnt that great of an experience, seemed to put the business second to everything else. Cancelled daycare the day before once (never got around to scheduling my make up day), had me picking up my kids at 5pm, tho the stated hours of operation said she was open until 7pm. My children always got home and were very hungry also, tho she provided food. I chose to pull them out and since the client pays a week ahead, she got to keep the money without watching the kids (I didnt give 2 weeks notice). Couldnt complain much there since its in the contract but I do feel she could have at-least given a partial refund considering she didnt watch my girls at all that week. Seemed like she wanted to do things professionally but just didnt have the bandwidth for it or something - Distracted and over extended. Sweet lady, just not the right fit for my family and I.
