I went to Home Depot with my grandmother, who is excited to be working on her front yard. In the garden department, a gentleman by the name of Jose was super helpful. Very patient with my grandmother & he walked her to every product she was looking for. I look forward to coming & seeing him again. Great staff, good energy, & hard working. Thank you

I just want to say thank you to Kourtney from service desk she is so nice and helpful! All other associates are rude and act they know better than the customer! What????? No the customer is always right and in this case it stand true. Marie from the same department is so unprofessional, I was waiting in line to process a return on some things that SUCKED and she was just putting things in a bucket instead of helping customers? What the heck everyone was waiting and she was being useless. And what's up with always waiting for a manager? They call for a manager and nobody shows up. Seems like poor management to me, it's sad really

I would never shop here! I waited 30 min for help no body ever came then I went to talk to "supervisor" he called the employee he still never came so I helped my self the best I could of and still got it wrong had to go back return pieces and my hubby had to go in all took about hour and a half of nothing I will no longer have my business account at this store
