It seems that finding a good hair stylist/colorist nowadays is about as likely as discovering a bag of cash on your doorstep. With Bianca, I feel like I hit the lottery!
I had just had another bad experience with another hairdresser I tried. After charging me a fortune, this woman had totally botched the color and made the crown orange.
When I desperately called Bianca the next day (based on her reviews), she couldn't have been nicer. She was so sweet on the phone and said she'd squeeze me in the same day to correct the other salon's mistakes.
I arrived to a clean, very professional work space. Bianca had all of the best products right there, and I could instantly tell she knew exactly what she was doing.
She immediately gave me a mini-education as to what the other salon had done wrong and how she was going to fix it. While she worked, she was kind, friendly, funny, non-judgemental and very reassuring. Even though I was a last minute client, she took all the time she needed and was not rushed at all. And the result was phenomenal!
I haven't been so pleased with my hair color in many, many years. Her price was VERY reasonable, and she even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with her work! Who else does that?!
I have never had as many compliments on my hair as I have since I went to Bianca. There is no reason for me to ever go anywhere else. Do yourself a huge favor and have her do your hair. You couldn't make a better decision. Service: Hairstyling
