I needed to have a through the wall dog door installed. I sent Lance a message explaining what I needed done and he was quick to respond and estimate was reasonable. He was able to schedule it pretty quickly. He is very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. It looks great. I would highly recommend his company.

He did a great job renovating my house from my master bathroom, living room, bedroom, kitchen which he made the cabinets and an island. Replaced the tiles from the kitchen to the dining area, hallway bathroom, raised the ceiling of the entry way, hallway and installed can lights!

Lance is meticulous and has an eye for detail. His suggestions are very helpful, and he keeps his work site very clean.
We continue to enjoy the sliding glass doors he installed, and all the trim work is still looking very good.

I have a 1950's home with original appliances. Needs updating. So far, Lance has installed a new gas wall oven. The new unit had different dimensions from the old. He was able to create a perfect fit and added trim to the space that remained. Looks professional. I'm very happy with the outcome. Lance has a very calm demeanor and meticulously worked through complications that exist with older homes.
I would recommend Brough Maintenance/Construction and will call him for future work.
