Staff is rude Service is beyond slow I ordered waited 15 mins left to pick up my kids came back n they forgot about our orders and was rude about had to WAIT MORE TIME FOR MY FOOD The was my first and last time

I placed an order online and was very disappointed with the service I received upon pickup. The counter personnel said they couldn’t fill one item in order because they were out of tortillas. I asked her if they were going to refund me the difference.Going back and fourth several times to what seems to be one of the lead food clerks. They finally realized that they had tortillas in the back. She was preparing my order and was in a hurry that she fumbled with the container box and the taco fell. (I truly believe that if I was not watching she would have picked it up off the floor and put it in the To-go box. To top it off she was sending me away without completely filling my order. The other item was my beef brisket lil’Hoagie. She said she didn’t see it in the to go receipt. I had to show her my email receipt. The other girl said ‘I’m sorry you have to pay for the item, we cannot see it in our end. This was turning out to be a nightmare. Finally at last I left with all my items that I ordered. But if you asked me if I’ll eat at Dickeys. I will stay away from this establishment due to incompetent workers and the horrible customer service.
