Park West Village Apartments

Very professional the experience was a great. The application was super convenient and the deposit is reasonable. The big plus is you can pay with credit card and no fees! Peace of mind since paydays aren't the same dates every season. I did read the negative reviews, but dont have input yet as this would be my first time renting here, but I will update in a year if I do have issues with deposit . I will update in a few weeks on information on how the apartment was prepared for my first move in date. 5 stars as of now. Update for May 2024 - unfortunately they will no longer accept credit/debit without charging fees. It was nice while it lasted. That 5% cash back was adding up to a free month of rent for me.

Expensive for no reason. Staff in the office is very nice, but this review is geared towards the owners, the 1 bd 1 ba is 2400 and 2 bd 1 ba is 2600, its almost laughable. When I can get a 1 bedroom at the Avalon (a luxury building in Studio City), owners forget where they stand, YOU ARE IN LANCASTER, not desirable at all, just a place where people resort for budget reasons, nevertheless, if you dont care about your money, youll encounter wonderful people working here, the leasing agent was great, the maintenance guy we ran into was awesome as well.

Pros: It is overall a great apartment complex. It is low crime in this area. It is tidy and nice with a small gym, pool and hot spa. It has good management which takes care of the place quite well. Cons: The complex for the last several years was fully renovated and the prices went up by 500 dollars for 1 bedroom by basically installing washing and dryer machines in each apartment. They did some other renovation work but not much was really changed from a classic unit to a renovated ones accepted in some places they also put a new laminate and removed carpets but not everywhere which is weird. Because of the prices, my husband and I relocated to another apartment complex. Another cons is that everyone knows that in this city many people are working different shifts. Some people are working until late at night. They start to cut the grass or do other noisy jobs at 7:30 am in the morning and it is impossible to sleep during that much noise which was recently constantly. If they would move those jobs to do by later during the day at least to 9:30-10:00 am that would be so much better. Those people who work until 2:00-2:30 am can have at least some normal rest.

I recently visited a family member at this complex and I was very impressed with how well maintained it is. The few people I passed while walking around the complex were very nice. I would highly recommend park west village apts.
