Valley Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating

I've used this local family run business done since 2013. The A/C unit they put in then, is running like a top 10 years later! So why am I writing a review today 8/2/23! The 2nd unit came to a grinding halt in the 106F heatwave. They did not install it originally. They saved me over $6000.00 today by locating a new motor and installing it plus gave it a tune up! They have saved customer 12,000.00 for new units. Be SURE at least to get a bid from them before you commit. Sonia, that lady was so arrogant, unprofessional and shouldn't be on the other end talking to customers. She has attitude and anger management issue. My insurance chose Valley View but that Sonia failed to do her duty of communicating with me when they plan to come over my house (which the my take forever) and she failed to send the initial diagnosis to my insurance. She hung up the phone on my partner while my partner was still talking.

These people are the worst been trying to get an appointment with them since before Thanksgiving they have always come up with an excuse bottom line is they advertise that they work on swamp coolers but they only want big jobs the way I see it anything under $200 isn't worth it so why advertise that you work on swamp coolers. And the girl that answers the telephone has no clue about anything kept telling me to call back didn't seem to know how to make any appointment I use them once last year and they were fine this year I wouldn't want to send my worst enemy there they are overpriced found someone else they will be here tomorrow nowhere near what these people charged and why again do you advertise that you do swamp coolers my advice to you is to get a receptionist that knows how to book appointments maybe you'd have a lot more work..
