        Your better of going to the ER than going to this place. The Doctors do nothing for you. They are my PCP yet haven't lifted a finger to help me. I goto Palmdale Reginal Medical Center ER. I was told by another doctor that if I value my life to run not walk away from this place. They have done nothing but prescribed medicines that did not help and keep pressuring you to use them.

        Dr Encino was the WORST doctor I have ever seen. He was seeing my children for the first time and asked me ZERO questions. He was in there for only 19 minutes and I had several medical concerns but before I could say anything about any of them he was gone. He also kept complaining about my service animal and kept saying I shouldnt have him there when that is illegal. I will never step foot back in there. The only way he could care less about all of us was by not even coming into the room. STAY FAR AWAY! The other staff was friendly and I have no qualm with either of them.
