I have worked out at a lot of places over the years, and this place has everyone beat. I just started a week ago and love it! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and caring. I had a soccer injury in 2006 and my knee, hip, and back have been bad for years. I have had 2 knee surgeries and need a hip replacement, which I will not do. They modify the workouts for me so I can get into shape without it hurting my injuries. For the first time in years, I know I can do this and will finally get into the shape I have been longing to be in. From the first moment you walk into the door you will feel like family.

I love the boot camp classes. I did one season of the Largest Loser, the weight loss competition, and I lost 10lbs. If you want to see results, this is the place. The trainers will make sure you get a great workout regardless of your fitness level. The people there are very friendly and the trainers are the best.

If you want trainers who understand your goals and believe in you, please come here and meet your goals! I thought I could never lose weight... but then I lost 15 pounds in two mouths in their largest loser program! I can't quit this gym :)

My daughters and I love this gym! Not only is Fitness Kickboxing a tremendous workout, but it's so cool because it feels like we're training to become MMA kickboxers! Matt and Brad are pros, so to have them as coaches is really intense but amazingly fun. I was drawn to The Sweatshop because of the feeling of family. I didn't want the typical gym. This gym is so unique and also has a stellar support system with their "Largest Loser" program, Boot Camps, and Agile Athlete, to name a few. I want to sign up for their nutrition classes next. The Sweatshop absolutely ROCKS!
