        I took my dog in and I ask what happen to my dog when she took him to the back because i heard him cry and she started talking vet jargon to me. Lady I don't work here and I don't know what you mean. Customer Service is just not the best especially for a customer that's afraid of not knowing why her dog is sick. I hate that I took him there.
