Winco has lost quality over the years with produce, staff & overall shopping experience. Produce is usually wilted and no good. Went in for some strawberries and other things, when I saw the strawberries I knew to start seeking produce else where but decided to see how bad everything else was. The strawberries were moldy(how do you have moldy produce and charge more than you were 3 days prior), the cilantro had more black and brown leaves than green, most lettuce heads had major black spots & more. To top it off, there was a mom with 6 children running around like they were outside playing. They had a handicap electric cart and 5 out of 6 kids were driving around it, playing baseball, throwing balls around, swinging the plastic bat hitting items and peoples carts. Not a single staff member said anything, just let it all happen. I ended up almost hitting the oldest kid with 2 of the younger ones because they were running in and out of the self check out like where the toys are located. The kids then tried saying i was trying to intentionally hit them with the cart when they got in my way while i was trying to move up in the line. I said something to who was watching self check out & they just shrugged their shoulders and acted like I didn't even say anything.
