        They have a 7pm cutoff for overnight, West Coast. It's a convenient location, staff is friendly, they have the packaging I need to ship in stock about 99.9% of the time. Haven't had anything lost here that I've shipped. The most reliable and latest pickup times compared to their competitor.

        I called in and the phone message said last priority drop off is at 4:30. I showed up at 4:05 and the truck is already gone. They said it depends on the driver.

        I received excellent customer service at the Lakewood location. Torie assisted me with a fax. I didn't even have to ask for help, he approached me and asked if I needed help. Torie took care of everything and this is not the first time he has assisted me. This gentleman has great customer service skills.
