We had known Dan for a bit of time, prior to selling our property. He had provided general real estate knowledge and demonstrated understanding of the local Socal market. When we decided to sell our property, we evaluated a couple options, but Dan had stood out this most, due to his low-pressure approach to deals.
The process for getting onboarded with Dan was simple and straightforward - he toured the property to understand the specs, we signed an agreement, and he provided comps. From the time we signed with Dan till the prior to getting the property photographed, the market value had increased. I asked Dan to check with comp properties, and he obtained offer details that was instrumental to us determining our property list price.
Dans knowledge of real estate is most demonstrated through the tour and negotiation process. He set up home showings for us at optimal buyer viewing times, to maximize showings and offers received. He spent hours at the property, fully dedicating his time and energy to our process. When it was time to review offers, Dan offered unbiased thoughts on terms and pricing we received. He guided us through the counter offer process to where we were comfortable with our negotiations.
After we accepted an offer, Dan had set us up with his transaction coordinator and escrow parter. It made the escrow process alot smoother. We closed in one month, without too much stress. I would choose Dan to represent us again, when we purchase or sell another property. I highly recommend him!
