I came in today for an oil change everything seemed to be going good until I came to check out (not sure if this was the guy in charge at the time) Tyson has zero customer service skills, didn't even greet me or offered available coupons like i'm normally offered by employees who don't have his miserable attitude. I leave the station and get home to change my air filters only to open the hood and find entire engine covered in engine oil. I drive back to jiffy lube and asked all three of the workers who approached me working in the bays for the "person in charge" the first one goes inside while the other two just wander around. The "person in charge" never comes to talk to me i guess by this time he was hiding or maybe just doesn't care. My question is: Is this how they do an oil change? why would they let a customer drive off like that? If it wasn't for the fact that i had to open the hood to change air filters I wouldn't have noticed. Customers pay for products and services so they should take a little more pride at doing what they are hired to do.

Lack of communication from the front desk guy. Its my first time never having the checklist read to me before paying. So when I WAS NOT informed, my break light was out (which I knew it was, but I could count on them as usual) nor did he not tell me they didn't have the bulb in stock. I paid and got in my car. Only to see I still had a problem. Mind you, there's a cop pulling people over at this intersection often, (he got two people during my wait time) so it made me nervous leaving! Now, 2 days later, I returned with a bulb (I didn't see the same front desk guy) the two guys on this day helped me quick and easy! Very professional, and I received my usual 5 star service. I'm glad I trusted a second return.
