Really disappointed with management not responding to my texts and pictures about my mom's botched manicure and fulfilling a refund for the service and tip. 45 minutes after leaving the salon, her nails still weren't dry and ended up rubbing off completely! I called the manager, who told us to come back in. I requested a refund because we did not have the time or energy to come back to get this fixed and simply requested a refund. The manager did not respond to my texts and I chalked it up to a loss. The tech who did my mom's nails seemed to have put in too much thinner into the polish, and they tried fixing this by putting her under a UV light, which clearly did not do the trick.

This salon stays open late, they take their last clients until past closing. They carried the hard gel (gel builder) that I prefer. So I was happy. Leslie did my nails, and they came out FLY! Its a good local spot with fab light fixtures. Parking is right but its a big shopping center.
