image Awful place they give you no supplies they don't do anything above what they're supposed to do the OT doesn't show up people don't start work till 10 o'clock in the morning nobody does anything on the weekends for you they discharge you and Bill Medicare for shit they don't even do people want to argue with you when you're asking for care of it should be the client comes first before anything else it's an awful awful awful business. Stay away from them to use somebody else don't follow the Medicare that they don't care about your patient they lie to you they blame everybody else except for themselves stay away from them. My father-in-law came home with ulcers - bedsores from the rehab facility they didn't set up enough durable medical equipment for him or you didn't send any supplies we didn't have anything and Medicare does pay for certain situations like this when he's not non-ambulatory he is paralyzed from the waist down.

image I can't really speak to their performance because, despite my doctor referring me to these people MONTHS ago, no one has ever reached out, shown up or even called.I received the referral from my doctor early last November. Having used this type of service many times, I knew they would contact me when they received the referral paperwork from my doctor, so when I got my portion of the referral, I knew to wait a couple of days (Thank God my condition wasn't urgently life threatening). After about a week without hearing from them, I decided to get the ball rolling & call them. Phone was answered by some guy with a heavy Asian accent, I think he said his name was Pham. I explained I had a referral for care & have been waiting a week to hear from them after receiving the referral copy from my doctor's office. He asked for my information & said they had not received the referral from my doctor. He said "they couldn't help me without having the referral," he instructed to to have my doctor resend it & hung up on me. Called my doctor's office, explained what happened, & ask they resend the referral, which they did. Thus began my bi-weekly nightmare of calling these people, always the same guy answering the phone. Same story...they did not have the referral from my doctor & could do nothing without it. This, despite my offering to send them my copy of the referral & numerous people at my doctor's office promising that the referral had been sent, both by mail & fax. My last call was a week before Christmas. At that point, I asked who owned Admiral Home Health because I planned to sue for breach of contract. THEN, the guy asks for my phone number, says he will contact my doctor's office (something I had requested on previous calls). He hung up, promising to call back. Nothing happened for about 5 weeks (January 30th, 2019), until I returned to my doctor & informed them that Admiral Home Health had never came to my home, nor even called me back. While I was in the exam room, my doctor's nurse called Admiral & complained. She came back in the room & told me  they would have someone to my house the next day, January 31 & that someone would call me later that day or the morning of the 31st to arrange a time. Imagine my surprise when THAT didn't happen, either. Contacted my case manager at my doctor's office, who contacted these geniuses. They told her that they did not have anyone available on the 31st & did not know when they would have a nurse available. Of course, no one from Admiral Home Health reached out to me either way. Today is February 3, still no attempt to reach me. At this point, I don't want anyone from this company coming to my home or even touching me. If this is how they treat patients, I have no faith in their clinical skills at all.As of February 1, my doctor is looking for an alternate provider, but here I sit, still providing my own home health care I was promised 3 months ago. I will not let this go. These people cannot treat paying patients this way. My plan is to contact my attorney to see what my  options are. These people aren't going to touch me, but I am going to do everything in my power to at least see they don't treat anyone else the way they treated me. At best, I'll see them run out of business.Bottom line, based on my experience & those of the other reviewers, if you are referred to Admiral Home Health for "care," run..do not walk away...these people are idiots.

image IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOME HEALTH. I URGE YOU. THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE EVER HAD.  Cant get the lvn to ever come at a consistent time. Then if the lvn does show up careful cause they most likely dont  know what to do. Ive had them lie to me more times than not. So I have venus stasis ulcers. Ive had 8 in the past 7 years they usually last about 6-10 months. So I have a lot of experience with would care.not to mention I was a laboratory supervisor for 7 years for a small medical group. And before that I was a combat medic for the usa army. Extensive experience in wound care. My first lvn comes over to put profor on me bit when she gets here she says she has to confirm with her boss that they have the order.I told her I saw the md the day before and they gave me supplies for what they wanted done. She said she can't go on that and called and preceded to tell her boss that if there is no order sheer can't do it.yet I heard bet boss on the phone saying week if the doctor sent him home with supplies we can use those supplies. She insisted she couldn't.So she did the old gauze dressing that wasn't helping.I knew right away by her demeanor she was confused and n needed a refresher course.Had she only been honest I could of walked her through the process. I understand we can forget out get rusty but there are also clear instructions in the box. Then she would come over and have to call her boss about some thing she would excuse herself outside wether she would talk in her own language for a while before she would say ok about my patient.jeffrey dixon and continue to talk to my neighbors about me rather than talk in front of me. After three weeks of no profor bandages she says they still don't have an order or supplies the hospital said they sent the order and supplies.week 5 I get a call from her starting she finally had the order and supplies.I texted her back telling her bit to come TODAY I  had some concerns I wanted to speak to the R.N. About. She calls me back and says that's not how it works you need to talk to me about your concerns. I chuckle. So I call the office and s man answers I ask to speak to her boss. Sheila. Said she wasn't aya the office but offered to help take my complaint and pass it on. So I start  talking and then  he drops rhis bombshell. Oh karen the l.v.? I say yes that's her and he said she is my sister.ok well then can I speak to the director of operations. She gets on the phone and starts with uh huh so I begin talking before I finish uh huh uh huh uhh grrrr.one thing she did do was get a hold of my nurse r.n.jose., which by the way is incredible not sure why he works there. Edgar the l.v.n is awesome as well. But karen and patrick are family. Not sure the director yasmin even heard a weird I say she is too busy listening to herself say uh huh! . So they fina send a new nurse Sheila who starts of great.I explain that I need her to come early but too early as I care of a71 yr old and 93 yr old. I don't wake up until 10 take care of three ladies. Then I need to be seen in between duties of care taking and working with uber. At first she wants to come over at like midnight .I found that odd but ok: Ididn't get home till 3am so that didn't work. Then she says well I don't want to miss our visits anymore how about this week I chime at 8 am . I said ooooh I don't normally get up this early but I will this time. The next appt. Time 8am I get a call from her starting she would be an hour late.ijust hang my head. After that visit finally happened' she said ok how about for Monday again I day ok.today is that Monday she called me at 7am asked me to call back to confirm. I didnt call back yet and she just decided to show up at 740 am and ring my doorbell not once or twice no six f***ing times. So I go to the door open it and say did you not remember there are three other ladies living her not this am just me who ate sleeping why are you ringing the doorbell several times at 740as am. She said jeffrey did you forget we had an appt this ami said yeah at 8  she said its 7:50 she had attitude as well I said ok well lets just cut this whole deal you let them know and so wil I. She said ok and walked away. Dumbfounding I dont think I would send a wasp to them for help. Not to mention every time either Sheila or karen did my profor. I had to tale it off a0hvcand re do it I do a much better job at doing it myself. The only two good people here who arent family either, jose the R.N. And edgar the lvn but if you can't see them only then I suggest you run
