i called dr changs office to book and appt and to my surprise instead of staff I reached him on the phone! I told him I wanted to book an appt.   The first question out his mouth was are you assigned to me as a patient?  I informed I was.  He then asked if his name appeared on my insurance card.  I assured he was assigned as my PCP,  but I only until 3/31.  He scoffed and said, what's the point in being assigned to me if its only for the next couple of weeks!I informed I really needed to be seen by a PCP.  he advised, you should just go to an urgent care instead.  appalled by his attitude and response, abruptly disconnected.   I called my health plan and demanded they change my PCP immediately!  Dr Chang very rude and I havent even officially met him yet!  He needs to get some people skills asap!

DR. Eric T Chang.... you lied to my face today. That was justification not to trust you. Your staff witnessed it and even validated my concerns. This place a joke! I mean... Google maps it. Find out for yourself.

This doctor has a poor bedside manner along with being condescending to patients. Am looking for a new MD

Terrible doctor in a sketchy building. Eric Chang (not sure we can call him doctor) told a patient she was wasting his time when she went to get a physical. Never going back here again!
