They are thieves, they raise the rent whenever they feel like it, they charge for gas for the bathroom, garbage, portable water and yard maintenance. Hardin, the man yesterday never fixes anything, neither doors nor windows, and on top of that he wants to charge you, he is a despot and if you have children He doesn't let them play in the yard and ends up stealing the cars in the parking lot.

Disclaimer: I can't speak to living at this complex, but I can give some insight to anyone applying to live here. When I called to ask if about their 1-bedroom apartments, a man (he did not tell me his name) said they did not have any. I was confused because their website clearly has an A1 Plan with 1 Bedroom. When I asked for clarification, he responded, "Look, I told you we don't have 1-Bedrooms available! Now what do you want?" Or something like that. Maybe he was having a bad day and I've seen worse, but it was still rude enough for me to not want to live in a place with someone like that in the office. To anyone applying, good luck. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
