    Lousy customer service. I had a "new?" portable oxygen concentrator delivered in July, the car charger was defective (it had been taken apart and put back together incorrectly) I called no less than 5 times and they kept telling me they had ordered more from the company but were waiting delivery, then they told me to just replace the fuse in the unit. I had to call the manufacturing company to get fuse information and was unable to find a fuse in my area. I googled it and seems like the manufacture is the only company that handles this particular fuse. I called Lincare again and they finally had a tech scheduled to come out on a Wednesday, didn't show-said he'd be by on Thursday he called after 5pm said he got " hung up" and would be by on Friday. He did come on Friday told me the car charger has no fuse and I just don't drive long enough for the charger to charge the unit. My battery lasts an hour at the most, the tech told me there is something wrong with the battery and he would order parts and repair it. That's over 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing. The "new unit" hasn't worked properly since I got it, I feel like a captive having to stay so close to home I can't go anyplace longer than 1 hour. These people just don't seem to care but they sure do charge my insurance co. and me rental every month. Sorry this is so long just felt I had to express my frustration in dealing with these people. I WOULD RATE THEM AT LESS THAN ONE STAR

    Horrible horrible service! Twice now have been without oxygen because they failed to show up and both times they say I never even called when I have made numerous call and my phone shows I have called them. Customer service is rude! Avoid this place if you can!

    They have only dealt with me for my husband's equipment as I am his medical power of attorney and now they refuse to talk to me. They are extremely rude and kept cutting me off when I would try to talk. Don't deal with them!

    Terrible, terrible customer service!! Only one STAR for them!! The Service Dept is excellent however they get 5 STARS from me. If you can get Customer Service to do their job you have got half of the battle won. The rest is a breeze because the Service Dept. will get you to your destination with all of their wisdom!!! I had to go on vacation for a week with no oxygen because my new POC did not come with the cords. Not one of the cords would charge it or work plugged into the wall! I certainly hope Medicare was not billed for a new machine, because this even had directions that pertained to my old Machine that I gave back, which by the way I paid off in 2015!!!! I am really discussed with the way this was handled all the way around.
