Got here 10 minutes early for our apointment. Waited for them to get done with the client, another customer walked in, she said she was just printing off forms. Another 30 minutes later (40 minutes after our apointment time) she was finally was ready for us. She asked for our social security cards. I didn't have them & have never had to have the physical card while filing. Granted, I was at fault for not having them, I suppose. It was still a complete waste of my time to even make an appointment.

We are unhappy to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience. Although you may have not needed to bring in your SSN cards in the past, the IRS has new strict regulations regarding what documents you need to present in order to qualify to claim your dependants, especially when going to a new tax prepaparation office. SSN cards, Birth Certificate, and a school/ medical document are all necessary paperwork needed to demonstate to the IRS that you qualify to claim your dependants. We highly recommend having all necessary documents ready when going to an office to prepare your taxes. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us. Thank you.

Well,
I am about 3 yrs behind on my taxes and scared to death. Contacted this company and I feel at ease already. Whether it turns out that I owe or if I get a return . I am very happy with my first interaction and the price quoted to get me back on track. Appointment is tomorrow so far 5 stars plus
