Lots of associates standing around who were helpful. However, when it was time to check out no one was at the register. The associate who finally came to help us was more concerned about the mismatched sized shoes she had been working on. She stood there smacking on her gum, never greeted us and forgot to take the security sensor off the Birkenstocks we purchased. We are visiting from out of town and the store is 40 miles from our hotel. We didn't notice the sensor until we got back to the hotel. My receipt says the associate was 317383. Purchased at 3:32pm.

Not a good experience the employee was alone in the store. She was on her cell phone and did not offer to help. I was the only customer.
