My experience with Pablo, Lisa and their team was nothing short of outstanding. They were pressed into action when our dream home became available. While we were the first to review the home, by the time we sent an offer 2 hours later, there were 3 other offers on the home. So, Pablo and his team came through with the guidance we needed to ultimately secure the home. He quickly worked on creating a loan pre-authorization letter and advised us on creating a letter to be delivered to the current owners. Not only was it clear to the owners that we were qualified but it was also clear that we loved their home and looked forward to many years of enjoyment. I've had the honor of working with him as his Loan Processor. He was not only my favorite Loan Officer at the company, but the entire 17 years I've been in the mortgage industry. He is honest, eager to learn new things with a great attitude, very kind, honest yet straightforward (he says what he means and does not fluff it up. You can take what he says at face-value), and easy to work with. But his honesty is why we became fast friends, and a colleague I've kept in touch with over the past 5 years. He shows everyone respect. If you're looking for a Loan Officer, you should consider him. You'll have a dedicated person for every transaction you'll ever have. It's about relationships in this industry. Every company wants to communicate through an app. Who will support you, and walk you through the process? Automation and apps fail to do that. We ALL know mortgage Financing can be stressful and eventful. Pablo's honesty, kindness, experience, and support will get you to the finish line each and every time.
