HOA is a living hell in this community!!! wish i can do it all over again and buy elsewhere!!! high HOA fees with no park/ pools, wont hesitate to fine you for anything... Ive submitted my plans for my yard and they threaten to fine me because they lost their copies... my opinion; find another place without Prime association services!!
