Left the salon crying its been over 2 year I did my hair decided to do some mommy makeover new look from the first time I went I told her I wanted COW BOY COPPER !! The first time I got a keratin treatment and y the first wash I notice my hair was starting to get curly again by the third wash my root were curl! Went today for my hair color and she was open to do another keratin treatment so today we only did the color and left it HORRIBLE! I pay in full and I told her I didnt like it my hair looks the same and she doesnt have no openings until next Wednesday now Im left with different hair color and awful hair

I am a brunette. I asked for highlights to cover minimal grey. "Capellichick" was my stylist. She totally changed my hair's overall color to a bronze/orange tone. I tried to get used to it. I even changed all my makeup so I wouldn't look so sickly. I tried to deal with it for a month. I called her today and she said it was too long and she couldn't do anything to fix it and she said I should get someone else because our styles were not compatible. Guess $300 doesn't even get compatable customer service from this person. Service: Hair coloring

I took my mom here for a Mothers Day gift, color and cut. Ali met and went above and beyond all exceptions. Customer service was top notch, with great conversation.
