        Bad even by today's low standards. I ordered a painting but realized I didn't have a place for it. I called customer service to cancel the shipment the next day. They said they escalated and to call back Monday, which then said they wouldn't do. I received the shipment which is too big to send back so I'm stuck with it. To make it worse, there was a strange oil covering the outside of the box, which also got on the painting. I'm stuck with a damaged painting that I can't return and can't use. Way to win on this one Kirkland's!

        Excellent customer service and attention. Upon entry, we were greeted and given a coupon for the current sale. The showroom was a bit cramp but organized enough to shop for the right item for the home. Lots of odd and ends to complete or enhance. Product quality is good. Any questions we had was quickly answered. Plenty of parking at an open lot.
