      image I wish I would have got the girl's name that was working. I totally spaced it, but she was super sweet! I loved her recommendation about how to get my tea. It was my first time there, but it definitely won't be my last. 10/10 would recommend

      image Reply to business reply: last time i got a similar amount of ice cream, but not the exact item, as i stated. Complaining as a customer when i literally ordered something without asking the size, and making the assumption it would be nearly the same as a month ago when it was under the same category, was my bad, I guess. So i just took the cost and learned to ask for specifics each time. But that doesn't change that $1.50/ oz of ice cream is a lot. I'm entitled to my opinion, and i paid in full. I don't owe anything. ((Was happy w it until they changed the portion sizes. A month ago i got the same size as this poster(right) for$6 and today for$6 i got a small cup w 1 scoop(left) what a rip off.))

      Hi there, I just wanted to respond and let you and anyone reading this review that those are two completely different items. The one you got one month ago on the right is one of our cone specials, the Happy Camper. It is priced at $10.50 and has been that price for a year. The affogato, which is on the left is $6.25 and is a petite dessert. It has a 4oz scoop of ice cream and brown sugar infused espresso poured over the top, and then topped with waffle chips. It's about half the cost of the Happy Camper because of size. If you got any of our other cone specials at that higher price point, they would all look like the size of the Happy Camper pictured. We have not adjusted any of our portion sizes and our staff is trained to scoop at about 4oz per scoop.I wanted to sincerely ask that if you are ever unsatisfied with a product at BLOOM (or any other small business for that matter), please communicate with staff. We always want our customers to leave happy so if there is confusion or something we can do to make your experience better, we want to know in person. It harms our business and reputation when customers go straight to Google or Yelp when they could have just communicated with staff and left happy, or at least with clarification. Next time, please give us an opportunity to make things right and clear as soon as it happens. We are always happy and willing to help.
