Denti-cal/med-ical told me I had to go to her. If you have to argue for anyplace else, do so. Whatever you do, do not go to this office. I have diabetes and due to covid I was not able to get an infection looked at for over a year. By then I needed to have all my teeth pulled and dentures made. She said she would do it in stages, she ended up pulling all my teeth at once with little numbing. I was in pain the entire time and she said she was worried I wouldn't come back if she only did a few at a time. Then she only gave me a Rx for 800mg ibuprofen. I had to go back 2 weeks later to have the stiches removed and was told to come back again in 2 more weeks for the fitting for my dentures. When I went back my gums were still too swollen and I was still pulling stitches out of my gums. 2 more weeks then my first impressions. Was supposed to get my first set in a couple of days ended up being a couple of weeks. They hurt badly and rubbed in areas that she said she would file down. The teeth and gum area was so big I could not close my lips so she slapped my mouth repeatedly and kept pinching my lips together saying my mouth would stretch over them. I continued to find stitches in my gums and went back to her to keep filing the same areas that she couldn't seem to fix. Finally, she said come back in 6 months to get the correct ones fitted once the swelling in my gums completely goes down. I was never able to wear the first set. 6 months later I go back and she asked if I have been wearing them. I told her I have never been able to wear them. Then, she tells me that just "realign" that same set. They put the mix in the same set and make the "gum" area thicker to fit my smaller gums. They come back still too big for my mouth so I can't close my lips and they rub in 2 distinct places. She says she WILK fix where they hurt but ended up filing in the wrong spot. Now the top set has teeth too big so I look worse than a horse. The bottom set still hurts in the 2 areas that hurt in the first place and they are too loose and fall out every time I open my mouth because she filed down the wrong areas. She is a butcher that does not know what she is doing. I have teeth I can't wear and med-ical refuses to fix her mistakes because they only replace every 5 years. Oh, and 6 months later and I still have 2 stitches that are embedded in my gums because of how she "removed" them. Hopefully, they eventually work their way out on their own and not cause more problems. If you value your health/mouth avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give a ZERO star or even negative star, I would! I came in for my regular cleaning, just like 6 months prior. This time I was told I had 6 or maybe more (?) cavities. I seriously doubted that and voiced my opinion with the Dr. Because my mom was a dental assistant prior, I asked for my X-rays. I sent them to her and she said she didn't see any at all, but mentioned that one of my 3 (and only 3) filings looked to be leaking and opened. I reported this back to the Dr. and she lost her cool and clearly her patience as she rolled her eyes and left the room when advised to only fix the faulty filling as it was coupled with a tiny amount of pain. What. A. Nightmare. First she argued with me about the procedure and the ability to refill the filling. And then the area I was feeling the pressure. Needless to say, having her do anything in my mouth was a mistake. Not only did she tell me they wouldn't be able to redo the filling, I was told by the dr that pulling the tooth was a better option. I, of course, argued. Now, not only am I ln sooooo much freaking pain, I have the worlds shittiest fillings! It's like she tried to solder my teeth together. And, during this parade of a procedure she got so frustrated she began to mutter and speak under her breath in a different language AND THROW her tools. At one point she clanked the backside of my top front teeth forcing me to actually grab her hand for her to stop and say "be careful doctor I'm under here and the metal hitting and clanking around really hurts!" She replied "you can feel that?" .... "Uhhhh, no shit!" I knew it would be a matter of time before I would be relieved from the pain of this procedure. Just like I know it's only a matter of more time it blows up. Sadly I must say, save your time, money and patience and avoid this place at all cost.

Definitely do not recommend. My wife's temporary crown came out while we were on vacation at the lake near by. She called them to see if she could get an appointment and they said she could come in a couple hours later, but said the doctor would need to look at it before they could give her a price. She gets there and they have her do xrays and everything and then tell her they will do a temporary crown for $100. Its a bit more expensive than our regular dentiat, but whatever, no big deal. Then the dentist brings in a silver crown and my wife says she needs a white one like the previous crown because the tooth is visible abd the doctor gets mad and says she won't do it because its not worth her time if my wife is not coming bavk for the permanent. My wife made it very clear what she was going in for prior to going in. It is very clear that all they care about is money and they will not be getting any of ours. Be careful if you are looking for a doctor that cares about patients.
