Tried to make an appointment for my toddler . I was cut off middle conversation put on hold for about 15 minutes . then I was giving her my information to set the appointment and was hung up on . Tried calling back was sent to voice mail . Called back 3 times and no pick up .

Ive been to a tooth fairy in riverside and lake Elsinore. I got the pleasure of working with Ashley at both offices. Shes amazing and so good with my boys. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone I know with kids.

The secretary was very rude. They sent the paperwork that the wrong phone number, so I did not receive it and they did not try to contact my spouse or anyone to confirm we had received it and filled it out. I drove out of my way 30 minutes so that my son could see the same dentist he has been seeing for years, by appointment. only for them to tell me that it would take too long to fill out the paperwork and they couldnt be seen. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I even arrived early in case there was paperwork to fill out (which I was not aware of and no effort had been made to contact me or my husband, the other contact on file). Finding a new dentist for my kids now.
