For at least 2 years I have been waiting for this woman to call me back I've talked to her three or four times she tells me she'll do and call me when she's done and she has yet to call me this is the last year I could resubmit them and I'm very upset because I don't even know how to get a hold of her anymore

I love it here! My husband and I always get our taxes done here. Sally is very nice and very fast with our tax return. I always feel so welcomed. Ryan offers me waters and snacks while I wait for my appointment instead of ignoring me! Im never going back to another tax place.

Back again this year for Tax preparation and although I walk in anxious every time and although I find out I'll have to pay back I am always treated with kindness and get great professional service!  Sally is always willing to listen and explain and answer any of my concerns!  So very blest to have found ARC Financial to handle my tax preparation!  ARC see you again in 2020!
