I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from CalView Insurance. Signing up was a breeze and the customer service was truly one-of-a-kind. Natalie was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with all of my questions and concerns. She truly listened to my needs and provided me with a customized insurance plan that fit my budget. I have never experienced such personal attention from an insurance agency before. I highly recommend CalView Insurance to anyone looking for quality insurance coverage at an affordable price.

Recently, I went back here to get an estimate for residential insurance. The current homeowner's policy company which I have been with (auto and then home also - supposed bundling discount) for over 35 years jacked my rate up significantly (almost double), although I nor my family have ever made a claim (and the policy provisions have not changed in years). This is a shame because my parents had been with the company for over 40 years and they had made a significant amount of money off us and are exclusive to military members or veterans (USAA). Natalie reviewed my current policy and was able to get me a higher coverage limit at a lower price with a major insurer without bundling. It was such a pleasant, trouble-free experience because the ladies took care of everything and followed-up to ensure all was good.

I can't rave enough about this company... I've been doing business with this company almost a solid decade. Natalie and her associates are first class. They not only notify me of when my policy is needing to be renewed but also let me know if better rates are made available. They have taken the time to work with my individual needs and have assisted me seamlessly when I've needed to make any changes to my policy throughout my years doing business with them. It never matters whom I end up speaking to in the office because each person has been a pleasure to work with without a single exception and each have displayed the highest customer service possible. Im confident when I've recommended CalView to my friends and family and am confident when leaving this review
