        My mom had an appointment today to have her hot water heater replaced or fixed. She spoke to someone yesterday on the phone and they verified they’d be here at 9 am. They never showed up or returned our calls. Christmas Eve and day, and my mom has no hot water thanks to this place.

        Extremely nice people. I thought my garbage disposal was broken because it was not draining anything. But when they came to fix it all they need to do was to reset it. And they did not charge me at all for the visit. It was very nice of them to do that.
